As Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of concepts regarding marketing tools, strategies, and integrated digital marketing campaigns. You should be able to lead a digital marketing campaign from conception to full execution. The Digital Marketing manager ensures that campaigns launch on time, and within budget. You will work with a variety of other teams including marketing, programmers, and vendors.

What You'll Help Us to Accomplish:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, create, and maintain social media presence.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights.
  • Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience by collaborating with internal teams
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytical ability, looking across multiple channels.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emergent technologies; provide thought leadership; provide perspective for adoption when appropriate.

What You Bring to the Uxcel Marketing Team:

  • 2-5 years experience working as a Growth/Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Experience of delivering user acquisition through a variety of channels, including content marketing, PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, and social media.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize.
  • Able to run A/B tests and continuously improve marketing website with proven data.
  • Has experience setting up and running LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns.

Other Skills to Succeed at Uxcel:

  • Fluent English level, both written and spoken.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Eager to work in a challenging startup environment.
  • Previous work experience with SaaS and/or EdTech.
  • Understanding of the UX/UI design world is a plus.
  • Self-organized, independent, don’t wait to guide her on what needs to be done.
